Create Your Own Positivity Jar
We all need some positivity and sunshine in our lives, but sometimes the stress of everyday life can severely affect our energy levels. If you’re having a down day (week, or even month) it can be hard to pick yourself back up and feel on top of the world.
So, if you’re looking for a quick and easy way to attract more positivity into your life and you’re partial to a little spell or two… then this is the post for you!
What you’ll need:
A glass mason jar
Written intentions on a piece of paper
Sunstone, pyrite and/or Black Tourmaline crystals
Jasmine, rosemary and sage sprigs
Sea salt/pink Himalayan salt
Rose petals/lily petals
Rosemary essential oil
Purple candle
First things first, light your candle and set it to the side. The idea is to create a dedicated space to allow positive energy to flow and enter your life.
Next, start placing all your other ingredients into the jar and simply read your written intentions out into the atmosphere. Use your passion to literally speak your wishes into existence.
E.g. My life is filled with positivity. I am attracting and encouraging more positive energy to enter my life.
Once you’ve finished the list, roll the piece of paper back up and place it into the jar with the other ingredients.
Your purple candle should be burning away whilst you repeat your intentions but once you’ve finished, either let your candle burn out to completely seal your intention or blow the candle out completely. You can repeat the steps each night until the candle is completely burnt out.
