What is a PADI Master Scuba Diver?

What is a Master Scuba Diver?

The PADI Master Scuba Diver is the highest rating any recreational diver can achieve in the PADI system! Completing this course will prove that not only have you got the necessary experience but you’ve also got the knowledge of various dive environments under your belt too. 

How to Become a Master Scuba Diver!

To achieve the Master Scuba Diver certification, the following diving prerequisites need to be met first:

  • PADI Open Water/Junior Open Water certification

  • PADI Advanced Open Water/Junior Advanced Open Water certification

  • EFR Primary and Secondary Care training

  • PADI Rescue Diver/Junior Rescue Diver certification 

  • Minimum of 5 PADI Specialties

  • 50 logged dives

Who Can Be a Master Scuba Diver?

As long as you are over the age of 12 and meet all the above criteria, then anyone can become a PADI Master Scuba Diver!
